Essential Information on the Apartment

Accommodation comprises a sitting room-come dining room, bedroom with double bed; additional single fold-up bed in sitting room, fully fitted kitchen area with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier machine and range of kitchen appliances; TV, DVD/CD player.

Tariff is inclusive of all bed linen and towels; welcome tray of tea, coffee, sugar, milk; gas central heating and electricity.

On-street parking for the apartment is available. This is metered (8.30am to 5.30pm, except on public holidays) because of the central location.

For the wellbeing and safety of our guests, we operate a smoke-free policy in our apartment and cannot we do not accommodate pets.

The apartment is cleaned between lets but should be left clean and tidy by the departing occupants .
